Protein Powder 1-2 Scoop (optional)
Sliced Banana

Ingridients:
Pancake Powder
3-4 Scoops of Protein Powder (Optional)
4oz Rolle Oat
2 Eggs / White Egg
Baking Soda Half Tea Spoon
180 celcius over 1 and a half hour on Air Fryer
180 celcius over 1hour and 40 minutes for Oven

Egg Omellete with Spinach & Mushroom
Ingridients:
5 Egg or white egg (optional)
Garlic
Onion
White / Black Pepper
Baby Spinach
Carrot
Mushroom
Carrot (optional)
Capsicum (optional)

Soft Tofu
Ingridients:
200g Soft Tofu
Low Sodium Soya Sauce
Sesame Oil (minyak bijan)
2 piece ofGarlic
1 Big Slice Onion
Some ginger
190 celcius - 15 minutes on Air Fryer
190 celcius - 20 minutes for Oven

Egg Tofu
Ingridients:
200g Egg Tofu (Slice it along with the plastic)
Low Sodium Soya Sauce
Sesame oil (minyak bijan)
2 Piece of Garlic
1 Big Slice ofOnion
Some ginger
190 celcius - 15 minutes on Air Fryer
190 celcius - 20 minutes for Oven

Cauliflower Hash Browns with Eggs and Spinach

1 tsp table salt
3 cup spinach
2 egg
1 tsp lemon juice
